Гендерні відмінності мотиваційно-ціннісних та регуляційних характеристик життєвих домагань майбутніх правоохоронців

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню гендерних особливостей мотиваційно-ціннісних та регуляційних характеристик життєвих домагань майбутніх правоохоронців. Проаналізовано гендерні відмінності змісту та особливостей мотивації досягнення успіху, ієрархії цінностей і сфер самореалізації, особистісних смислів професійної діяльності, життєвих цілей і рівня їхньої осмисленості у курсантів хлопців та дівчат молодших та старших курсів.The article investigates the gender features motivational values and regulatory characteristics of vital solicitations of future police officers. Analysis of gender differences in the content and features of motivation to succeed, the hierarchy of values and areas of self-realization, personal meanings of professional work, life goals and their level of meaningfulness cadets boys and girls junior and senior years are analyzed. The features of effective autonomy, reliability and flexibility of gender-role stereotypes and correlated with their professional and social roles are disclosed. Тhe contents of gender-specific aspects of the hierarchy of values and life meaning orientations are revealed. Gender differences in locus of control of their own future law enforcement activity in their sex-role pattern consistent with socially prescribed social norms are investigated. In particular, stereotyped patterns of their gender identity and subjective willingness to meet stereotyped behaviors, build your own prospect professional fulfillment influenced by these models are disclosed.Статья посвящена исследованию гендерных особенностей мотивационно-ценностных и регуляционных характеристик жизненных притязаний будущих правоохранителей. Проанализированы различия содержания и особенностей мотивации достижения успеха, иерархии ценностей и сфер самореализации, личностных смыслов профессиональной деятельности, жизненных целей и уровня их осмысленности у курсантов юношей и девушек младших и старших курсов.
