Анотація
Розкрито особливості підготовки поліцейського у галузі прав людини в аспекті формування його особистості. Визначено характеристики особистості поліцейського, як
захисника прав людини. Зазначено, що важливо сформувати у поліцейського
здатність діяти за власним задумом, розумінням, що повинно ґрунтуватися на
інтерпретації та осмисленні попереднього особистого та соціокультурного
досвіду у сфері забезпечення прав та свобод людини. Необхідно пропрацювати в
межах навчання, як негативний, так і позитивний досвід нашої держави, у
тому числі у сфері недопущення катувань. Наголошено, що при підготовці правоохоронця слід враховувати не тільки знання та вміння, а й ставлення до прав людини (рефлексія).
The article examines the issue of police training in the aspect of personality formation through the lens of human rights. Attention to the fact of successful further universally recognized implementation of human rights standards, the building of a legal, democratic state is drawn to reconsider the training of police officers in terms of human rights and freedoms is necessary. The purpose of the study is to reveal the features of police training in the field of human rights in terms of shaping its personality. The task is to determine the characteristics of the police officer as a defender of human rights. The study of the article is based on a systematic approach to the consideration of foreign experience in the field of teaching international standards of human rights and freedoms with the definition of the basic requirements for the identity of the police officer. The philosophical dialectical materialist approach allowed us to consider the requirements to the police officer's personality, formed under objective social reality conditions, which is constantly evolving. The structurallogical method to determine the main directions of improvement and legal psychological principles optimization of police officer's personality formation under conditions of modernization is used. Based on foreign and international experience (UN, Council of Europe and OSCE, as well as the experience of EU member states), the main topics in the field of human rights are identified as necessity to develop police skills and attitudes to ensure human rights in their practice. The characteristic of the policeman's personality in the aspect of human rights is presented. The importance of forming in the police influence it is concluded, to act on their own design, understanding, which should be based on the interpretation and understanding of personal and socio-cultural experience in the field of human rights and freedoms. It is necessary to work within the framework of training both negative and positive experience of our state, in particular in the field of torture prevention. The training of a law enforcement officer requires not only knowledge and skills but also an attitude to human rights (reflection). Thus the training for the police officer as a person who respects and protects human rights and freedoms is provided. As the protection and defense of human rights and freedoms are core responsibilities of the police, the characteristics of the police personality in terms of human rights are key. These characteristics are manifested in his attitude, attitude to people in carrying out professional activities.

Отмечено, что важно сформировать у полицейского способность действовать по собственному замыслу, пониманию того, что должно основываться на интерпретации и осмыслении предыдущего личного и социокультурного опыта в области обеспечения прав и свобод человека. Необходимо проработать в рамках обучения как негативный, так и положительный опыт нашего государства, в том числе в сфере недопущения пыток. Отмечено, что при подготовке стражей порядка следует учитывать не только знания и умения, но и отношение к правам человека (рефлексия).
