Самоставлення поліцейських із різним рівнем особистісно-професійної здійсненності

Abstract

Висвітлено найяскравіші дослідження самоставлення в контексті професійної діяльності. Проаналізовано зміст феномена самоставлення й основних його компонентів. Зазначено, що самоставлення - це системне й багаторівневе емоційно-оцінне утворення, що містить низку вимірів, котрі характеризуються різною модальністю та відрізняються як емоційною забарвленістю переживань, так і семантичним навантаженням змістових складників відповідного ставлення до себе. Досліджено самоставлення в поліцейських з різним рівнем особистісно-професійної здійсненності.A review of scientific sources on the problem of self-attitude in the works of domestic and foreign scientists is presented. The brightest researches of self-attitude in the context of professional activity are covered. Analysis of the content of the phenomenon of self-attitude and its main components is widely represented in the field of juridical psychology. Self-attitude is defined by scientists as a systemic and multilevel emotional and evaluative formation, which contains a number of dimensions that are characterized by different modalities and differ in emotional color of experiences and semantic load of meaningful components of self-esteem. The article is aimed to empirically study the self-attitude of police officers with different levels of personality's – professional fulfillmentity (PPF). The empirical base of the study numbered 203 police officers. The results obtained by the methods: “Questionnaire of Personality’s Fulfillmentity” by O. Shtepa and “Questionnaire of professional self-fulfillment” by O. Kokun, allowed to divide the respondents into appropriate groups. The procedure of clustering on the principle of k-means provided an opportunity to form three groups of police officers with different levels of personality's – professional fulfillmentity. The first group – 68 police officers with its low level, the second group – 92 police officers with high PPF. The average level of PPF was found in 43 police officers who were not involved in further research. To achieve this aim, we used “Methods of self-assessment” by S. Pantileev. It is established that police officers with a low level of personality's – professional fulfillmentity are characterized by the presence of internal conflicts, which prevent them from objectively assessing their personal “Self” and behavioral manifestations. Respondents of the first group have significant differences in self-confidence, ability to organize their lives and adequately assess their own abilities. Significantly more pronounced indicators of self-confidence, self-management, self-worth, self-esteem and focus on socially important results were diagnosed in police officers with a high level of personality's – professional fulfillmentity. These subjects were more inherent in the ability to defend their own individuality, self-esteem, coherence of personal and professional qualities, clear complementarity of desires and goals, undoubted acceptance of their “Self”.Освещены самые яркие исследования самоотношения в контексте профессиональной деятельности. Проанализировано содержание феномена самоотношения и его основных компонентов. Отмечено, что самоотношение – это системное и многоуровневое эмоционально-оценочное образование, содержащее ряд измерений, характеризующихся разной модальностью и отличающихся как эмоциональной окрашенностью переживаний, так и семантической нагрузкой содержательных составляющих соответствующего отношения к себе. Исследовано самоотношение у полицейских с разным уровнем личностно-профессиональной осуществимости.
