Програмно-апартний комплекс «Психолот» як новітня технологія професійного психофізіологічного добору в системі МВС

Abstract

Наголошено, що для успішної адаптації до складних умов службової діяльності поліцейський повинен мати певний комплекс індивідуальних професійно-важливих психофізіологічних якостей, специфічний для цієї професії та її особливостей. Вирішення цієї проблеми вимагає сучасних і надійних методів професійного добору, в основі якого знаходиться медичний професійний психофізіологічний добір кандидатів на службу в Національну поліцію України. Він дає можливість оцінити рівень розвитку генетично детермінованих психофізіологічних характеристик поліцейських та їх придатність до роботи в умовах підвищеної небезпеки. Обґрунтовано необхідність проведення технічної та програмної модернізації системи професійного психофізіологічного добору поліцейських шляхом використання спеціалізованого ПАК «Психолот».In order to successfully adapt to the difficult conditions of official activity, a police officer must have a certain complex of individual professionally important psychophysiological qualities (ІPIPQ), specific to this profession and its features. Solving this problem requires modern and reliable methods of professional selection, which is based on the medical professional psychophysiological selection of candidates for service in the National Police of Ukraine (NPU). It provides an opportunity to assess the level of development of genetically determined psychophysiological characteristics of police officers and their suitability for work in conditions of increased danger. For the purpose of objective assessment of the ІPIPQ, special software and hardware complexes (SHC) are used that ensure standardization, reliability and validity of the examination. Their use must be approved by relevant regulatory documents specifying clear selection criteria developed taking into account the requirements of each type of work associated with hazardous conditions. A mandatory condition for choosing a software and hardware complex is the requirement of compliance with the DSTU EN ISO standard, which is applied to medical equipment. To date, the only certified modern medical electronic system for conducting professional psychophysiological selection of Ukrainian production, which meets all the regulatory requirements for medical equipment and allows for the selection of candidates for high-risk jobs, is the PSYCHOLOT system. In the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, conducting a psychophysiological selection is a mandatory stage during the passage of a medical (military-medical) commission, and is regulated by relevant current regulatory documents. However, at present, there is a need to review and amend these regulatory documents, taking into account new requirements for software and hardware test complexes, and implementation of developments and developments in the field of psychophysiological selection for the purpose of their implementation and practical use.Отмечено, что для успешной адаптации к сложным условиям служебной деятельности полицейский должен иметь определенный комплекс индивидуальных профессионально важных психофизиологических качеств, специфичный для этой профессии и ее особенностей. Разрешение этой проблемы требует современных и надежных методов профессионального отбора, в основе которого находится медицинский профессиональный психофизиологический отбор кандидатов на службу в Национальную полицию Украины. Он дает возможность оценить уровень развития генетически детерминированных психофизиологических полицейских характеристик и их пригодность к работе в условиях повышенной опасности. Обоснована необходимость проведения технической и программной модернизации системы профессионального психофизиологического отбора полицейских посредством использования специализированного ПАК «Психолот».
