Професійне самоздійснення поліцейських в контексті їх готовності до інноваційної діяльності та толерантності до невизначеності

Abstract

Виявлено взаємозв’язки показників психологічної готовності до інноваційної діяльності та компонентів толерантності до невизначеності у поліцейських з різним рівнем професійного самоздійснення.The article covers a theoretical overview of psychological sources on the innovative component in police practice. The most relevant scientific works on the problem of tolerance to uncertainty in the professional activities of police officers are presented. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between indicators of psychological readiness for innovation (PRI) and the components of tolerance for uncertainty (TU) in police officers with different levels of professional self-fulfillment (PF). The sample consisted of 62 police officers. With the help of cluster analysis and using the «Questionnaire of professional self-fulfillment» by O. Kokun, three groups with different levels (low, medium and high) PS were formed. The first group (with a low level) consisted of 28 subjects, the second group (with a high level) included 33 subjects. 24 respondents with an average level were excluded from further research. The study involved the method of "Psychological readiness for innovation" by V. Klochko, O. Krasnoryadtseva. "Questionnaire of tolerance to uncertainty" C. Badner and "Scale of general tolerance to uncertainty" (D. McLain (MSTAT-1). It has been empirically established that low-level police officers have a positive relationship between PRI and the emotional component of the TU, which demonstrates increased initiative along with increased self-confidence to resolve a difficult situation. According to the activity-semantic component of TU, two positive and one negative correlations have been identified, which allows us to state that the increase in initiative in innovation is accompanied by an increase in favorable attitudes to complex and uncertain events. Three positive and one negative correlations were found in police officers with a high level of PF between the indicators of PRI and the activity-semantic component of TU. This shows an increase in confidence in one's ability to solve complex challenges, along with increased initiative, the benefits of innovation and a willingness to change. According to the activity-semantic component of TU, three positive and one negative connections were diagnosed. Thus, in the second group, with increasing initiative, the general properties of tolerant perception of uncertain situations increase.Выявлены взаимосвязи показателей психологической готовности к инновационной деятельности и компонентов толерантности к неопределенности у полицейских с разным уровнем профессионального самоосуществления.
