Анотація
Розглянуто процес формування змістового компоненту культури ділового спілкування майбутніх менеджерів освіти. Проаналізовано поняття «ділове спілкування», «культура ділового спілкування», «компоненти
культури ділового спілкування», «змістовий компонент культури ділового спілкування»; «знання», «уміння», «навички». З метою формування змістового критерію культури ділового спілкування майбутніх менеджерів освіти доцільно застосовувати мовні вправи різного рівня складності, мовленнєві вправи, творчі завдання.
The competitiveness of future education managers depends not only on the quality of their mastery of modern economic knowledge, the ability to think and act in a categorical market economy, but also largely on the level of their culture, which in the new paradigm is understood as mastering the culture of communication, among the components of which an important place is occupied by the culture of business communication. The purpose of the article is to show the process of forming the semantic component of the culture of business communication of future education managers. The objectives of the article are as follows: 1) to analyze the concepts of “business communication”, “culture of business communication”, “components of the culture of business communication”, “semantic component of the culture of business communication”; “кnowledge”, “competence”, “skills”; 2) to analyze and provide examples of different types of work (language exercises of different levels of complexity, speech exercises, creative tasks) used in modern Ukrainian language classes in the process of training future education managers; 3) show the organization of independent work of students in order to form a meaningful component of the culture of business communication of future education managers. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and own teaching experience allowed to distinguish three criteria for the formation of a culture of business communication: motivational, semantic and reflective. The motivational criterion is based on the motives of the individual, in particular the motives for the professional activity of the future education manager and his sociability. The semantic criterion takes into account the level of formation of knowledge, skills, competence of business communication culture and the level of formation of skills, abilities of business Internet communication. Reflexive criterion reflects the ability of students to reflect, analyze, evaluate, self-assess, selfcontrol, forecast, monitor the process of business communication. In order to form a semantic criterion of the culture of business communication of future education managers, it is advisable to use language exercises of different levels of complexity, speech exercises, creative tasks.
