dc.description.abstractПроведено теоретичний аналіз понять «ідентичність», «ідентичність особистості» та «професійна ідентичність». Розглянуто актуальну проблему розвитку професійної ідентичності особистості в сучасному світі та визначено взаємний вплив соціально-психологічного процесу у формуванні особистості. Визначено співвідношення ідентичності з такими поняттями, як самовизначення, самооцінка та самосвідомість. Наголошено, що підвищенні вимоги до сучасного фахівця потребують розвиненої професійної ідентичності особистості, що є важливою передумовою адаптації на етапі професійного розвитку. Добре сформована професійна ідентичність є важливим фактором для отримання гідного статусу професіонала.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe relevance of the study of professional identity is one of the main one in the modern science of psychology, namely the formation of a personality, his life and professional self-actuating. The author of the article has studied theoretical analysis of the concepts of “identity”, “identity of a person” and “professional identity”. The author has considered the urgent problem of developing of an individual’s professional identity in the modern world and has determined the mutual influence of the socio-psychological process within the formation of a personality. The author has emphasized the correlation of identity with such concepts as self-determination, self-evaluation, and self-awareness. The scientific solution to the identity problem reflects the person’s desire to become an active creator of his own life, self-determination and self-perfection in the world based on the own awareness and his place in the life and professional space. The important role and success of many social transformations largely depends on the professional training of state officials. Professional development of a person and the main characteristics of the subject matter of the paper are the basis for professional self-actuating within state agencies. The study of the origin, structure, functions of the professional identity of an individual is actualized by the need to solve the problems of effective professionalization and adaptation of a person to the conditions of professional activity. Professional identity is scientific and practical problem of contemporary psychological research. This integrative concept has expressed the interrelation of cognitive, motivational and value characteristics of the personality, which ensure orientation in the world of professions, professional community and social environment. Since the requirements of raising the level of a modern specialist are professional identity of an individual, it is an important precondition for the adaptation at the stage of professional development. Wellformed professional identity is an important factor for having a decent status.uk_UA

Рассмотрена актуальная проблема развития профессиональной идентичности личности в современном мире и определено взаимное влияние социально-психологического процесса в формировании личности. Определено соотношение идентичности с такими понятиями как самоопределение, самооценка и самосознание. Отмечено, что повышенные требования к современному специалисту нуждаются в развитой профессиональной идентичности личности, что является важным условием адаптации на этапе профессионального развития.
