Вітчизняні і зарубіжні підходи до розуміння феномену «професійна культура»

Abstract

Розглянуто питання трактування поняття «професійна культура» у різних галузях науки. Розкрито сутність понять «культура» та «професійна культура». Встановлено, що поняття «культура» має філософське походження і відображає історичний рівень розвитку суспільства й людини, виражений у матеріальних і духовних цінностях, у системі соціальних норм, ставлень до себе, інших, до природи. Відзначено, що професійна культура є складовою загальної культури особистості, охоплює професійні знання, уміння і навички, цінності, установки, необхідні для високоефективної професійної діяльності, виявляється у способах діяльності, спілкування та прийняття рішень.

Domestic and foreign approaches to interpreting the concept of “professional culture” are the subject of this article, which explores the issue in various fields of science. Through an analysis of information sources, the essence of the terms “culture” and “professional culture” is revealed. It is established that the concept of “culture” has a philosophical origin and reflects the historical level of society and human development, expressed in material and spiritual values, social norms, attitudes towards oneself, others, and nature. Scientific and methodological approaches to interpreting the concept of “culture” are examined, including philosophical, anthropological, sociological, integrative, axiological, activity-based, historical, personal-creative, semiotic, structuralist, and humanitarian. The functions of the phenomenon of “culture” in society are distinguished and discussed, including creative, communicative, significant, normative, and relaxing functions. The relationship between culture and activity is substantiated, as activity delineates the subject area of culture and reflects its content. The humanistic orientation of culture is emphasized, oriented towards maintaining relationships between people and adhering to relevant social norms. The main provisions that reveal the content of the concept of “culture” are identified, including humanism, human-centeredness, activity as a source of culture development, and the way and result of human activity. Types of culture are outlined, including aesthetic, moral, professional, political-legal, economic, ecological, household, and physical cultures. The origin and content of the concept of “professional culture” are analyzed, and the peculiarities of interpreting this concept in sociology, psychology, and pedagogy are considered. The formation of the professional culture of future specialists is discussed within the framework of introducing and implementing a cultural approach to education, in such aspects as axiological, technological, and personal-creative. Based on the generalization of the works of domestic and foreign scholars, it has been established that professional culture is a component of the overall culture of the individual, encompassing professional knowledge, skills, and abilities, values, attitudes necessary for high-performance professional activity, and manifested in ways of activity, communication, and decision-making.

Рассмотрены вопросы трактовки понятия «профессиональная культура» в разных областях науки. Раскрыта сущность понятий «культура» и «профессиональная культура». Установлено, что понятие «культура» имеет философское происхождение и отражает исторический уровень развития общества и человека, выраженный в материальных и духовных ценностях, в системе социальных норм, отношений к себе, другим, к природе. Отмечено, что профессиональная культура является составной частью общей культуры личности, охватывает профессиональные знания, умения и навыки, ценности, установки, необходимые для эффективной профессиональной деятельности, проявляется в способах деятельности, общения и принятия решений.
