Впровадження сучасних форм фізичної підготовки у систему професійної освіти майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України

Abstract

Зазначено, що забезпечення необхідного рівня фізичної готовності майбутніх офіцерів до виконання завдань за призначенням в умовах всесвітньої пандемії є важливим практичним завданням, що забезпечить формування (підтримання) важливих професійних компетентностей в системі їх професійної освіти. Розроблено та апробовано педагогічна модель формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України із використанням нових форм фізичного виховання (підготовки) в умовах карантинних обмежень.

Ensuring the required level of physical readiness of future officers to perform assigned tasks in a global pandemic is an important practical task that will ensure the formation (maintenance) of important professional competencies in this category in the system of their professional education. The main purpose of the work is to develop and test a Pedagogical model of forming Professional competencies of future Officers of the National Guard of Ukraine using new forms of Physical education (training) in conditions of quarantine restrictions. At the first stage of research and experimental work, monitoring of scientific and methodological, special sources and Internet resources in the chosen direction of research was carried out. In accordance with the results of the analysis of theoretical and methodological bases of providing the System of Physical Training of future Officers of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU), members of the research group developed a pedagogical model of professional competencies of future NGU officers using new forms of Physical education (training) in a pandemic condition (hereinafter – the Pedagogical model). In order to test this Pedagogical model in the System of Professional education of future Officers of NGU, a pedagogical experiment was conducted, which was attended by cadets of the Command and Staff faculty of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine (NANGU, n=49 people). The studied cadets were divided into a Control group (Kg, n=24 people) and an Experimental group (Eg, n=25 people). Prior to the beginning of the Pedagogical Experiment, the future Officers of the NGU did not differ significantly in the level of development of general Physical readiness (strength, speed, endurance) (P>0.05). During the Pedagogical Experiment, the studied cadets Kg used the method of development and improvement of general physical readiness, which is provided by the relevant curricula, programs and guidelines for the organization of the System of Physical Training of NGU servicemen in quarantine restrictions. In turn, the studied future Eg Officers additionally used the pedagogical model developed by us, which helped to maintain the individual level of Physical readiness. Comparing the indicators before and after using our proposed Pedagogical model, it was found that the results obtained at the end of the Pedagogical Experiment in the studied groups significantly increased compared to the original data and these differences are mostly significant (Eg, P<0,05). The results obtained at the end of the Pedagogical Experiment, as well as indicators of the level of general physical readiness of the studied Eg indicate the effectiveness of our developed Pedagogical model, which ensures the preservation of the required individual level of physical readiness of cadets for combat activities.

Указано, что обеспечение необходимого уровня физической готовности будущих офицеров к выполнению задач по назначению в условиях всемирной пандемии является важной практической задачей, обеспечивающей формирование (поддержание) важных профессиональных компетентностей в системе их профессионального образования. Разработана и апробирована педагогическая модель формирования профессиональных компетентностей будущих офицеров Национальной гвардии Украины с использованием новых форм физического воспитания (подготовки) в условиях карантинных ограничений.
