Анотація
Проаналізовано методологічні підходи до вивчення сутності і структури поняття «професійна культура», виокремлено компоненти даного феномену. Запропоновано уніфікований спосіб діагностики сформованості професійної культури як соціопрофесійного феномену.
This article addresses the issue of forming professional culture in specialists and examines the specifics of its diagnosis. The objectives of the article include analyzing methodological approaches to studying the essence and structure of the concept of “professional culture”, identifying components of this phenomenon through the synthesis of scientific research, and proposing and examining a unified method for diagnosing the formation of professional culture as a socioprofessional phenomenon. The study identifies that the leading methodological approaches to defining the essence and structure of the professional culture phenomenon are axiological, activity-oriented, and personality-oriented. Through the analysis of research, it is established that professional culture manifests itself in the execution of professional activities and communication, fosters an individual’s readiness for their performance, characterizes the level of their professional training, influences the quality of professional activities, reflects the development of intellectual, spiritual, and creative abilities, and is directly linked to professional competence, serving as a prerequisite for effective professional performance and self-realization of the specialist. Considering the principles of methodological approaches and employing a criteria-level approach, the article specifies the requirements for selecting criteria and justifies that these criteria should reflect the structure of professional culture as a socioprofessional phenomenon and specify the level of its formation. A unified mechanism for selecting diagnostic criteria for the formation of professional culture is proposed. It is concluded that, by the structure of the studied phenomenon, criteria for its formation may include axiological, cognitive, communicative, behavioural, and personal (or professional-personal) aspects. The article defines and characterizes levels of formation that can be utilized in diagnosing the formation of professional culture in future specialists.
Проанализированы методологические подходы к изучению сущности и структуры понятия «профессиональная культура», выделены компоненты данного феномена. Предложен унифицированный способ диагностики сформированности профессиональной культуры как социопрофессионального феномена.
