Сутність і структура професійної культури працівників сектору безпеки й оборони України

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми формування і розвитку професійної культури працівників сектору безпеки й оборони України. У зв’язку з цим актуальною є проблема формування професійної культури у майбутніх офіцерів поліції, яка входить до сектору безпеки й оборони. Показано, що професійна культура має власну складну структуру, до якої входять правова, психологічна, політична, етична, естетична, релігійна, комунікативна та інші культури, які доповнюють одна одну й забезпечують ефективне й якісне виконання службових обов’язків офіцерів сектору безпеки й оборони. Розглянуто особливості означених складників професійної культури правоохоронців та їх залежність від особливостей професійної діяльності офіцерів поліції. Представлено результати експериментального дослідження формування професійної культури у майбутніх офіцерів поліції у процесі їх професійної підготовки. Виявлено статистично вірогідну наявність позитивної динаміки за більшістю показників в експериментальних групах після вивчення спецкурсу, написання курсових і творчих робіт, участі у тренінгу і виконання та розв’язування квестових завдань.

The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of formation and development of the professional culture of employees of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. Professional culture as a property of a specialist is one of the factors that determines the effectiveness of a specialist's professional activity. In this regard, the problem of forming a professional culture among future police officers, which is part of the security and defense sector, is urgent. It is shown that professional culture has its own complex structure, which includes legal, psychological, political, ethical, aesthetic, religious, communicative and other cultures, which complement each other and ensure effective and high‐quality performance of official duties of officers of the security and defense sector. The peculiarities of the specified components of the professional culture of law enforcement officers and their dependence on the peculiarities of the professional activity of police officers are considered. The profession of a policeman, like any other profession, has its own specifics, which determines the specifics of the professional culture of an employee of the security and defense sector, in particular, a police officer. It is important to pay attention to the formation of such psychological qualities of a police officer as memory, thinking, emotions, feelings, mood, stress, speed of mental, emotional and physical reactions. The specified psychological skills and reactions allow you to think rationally, operate with concepts in a purposeful way, understand, analyze and interpret the norms of laws during the implementation of practical law enforcement activities. The formation of professional culture as a professionally significant quality of the personality of a future employee of the security and defense sector requires the formation of not only certain knowledge, abilities and skills of rational communication and behavior in conflict situations and conflicts, but also certain relationships and attitudes as components of the defined personality quality. The results of an experimental study on the formation of professional culture among future police officers in the process of their professional training are presented. A statistically probable presence of positive dynamics in most indicators in the experimental groups after studying a special course, writing coursework and creative works, participating in training and completing and solving quest tasks was revealed.

Показано, что профессиональная культура имеет собственную сложную структуру, в которую входят правовая, психологическая, политическая, этическая, эстетическая, религиозная, коммуникативная и другие культуры, которые дополняют друг друга и обеспечивают эффективное и качественное исполнение служебных обязанностей офицеров сектора безопасности и обороны.
