dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано стан захищеності працівників поліції та надано визначення поняття «правоохоронний орган». Здійснено аналіз теоретичних та законодавчих положень щодо визначення поняття «правоохоронний орган». Встановлено, що в законодавстві вичерпний перелік правоохоронних органів не визначено. Доведено, що в кожному конкретному випадку, визначаючи приналежність певного органу до правоохоронного,необхідно виходити із комплексного аналізу норм законодавства.uk_UA.UTF8
dc.description.abstractThe article is sanctified to research of question of worker of law enforcement authority as a representative of the state. Analyzed the state of security of police officers and the definition of «law enforcement Agency». The analysis of the theoretical and legislative provisions regarding the definition of «law enforcement Agency». It is set that in a legislation the exhaustive list of law enforcement authorities is not set. It is proved that in each case, identifying the belonging to a specific law enforcement Agency, must be based on comprehensive analysis of the legislation. The workers of law enforcement authorities need effective social defence as necessary condition them successful activity. It is noted that law-enforcers should have a certain national legal status that would clearly outline their rights, freedoms as individuals and citizens, guarantee the realization of their legitimate interests, clearly establish what restrictions apply to an employee of a law-enforcement body and which compensation is provided by the state for these restrictions, responsibility, social and legal protection of persons who are employees of law enforcement bodies. It is analyzed that in the theory of management, when describing the various positions of the subject and the object of management, the relationships between them, mutual influence, managerial decisions and the process of management, different concepts can be used – such as «man», «person», «person», «frames», «personnel». In all their resemblance, they have different meanings and it is advisable to use the term «employee» of the police or law enforcement agency in general, rather than «employee», «official» and others.en
dc.description.abstractПроанализировано состояние защищенности работников полиции и дано определение понятия «правоохранительный орган». Осуществлен анализ теоретических и законодательных положений по определению понятия «правоохранительный орган». Установлено, что в законодательстве исчерпывающий перечень правоохранительных органов не определено. Доказано, что в каждом конкретном случае, определяя принадлежность определенного органа в правоохранительный, необходимо исходить из комплексного анализа норм законодательства.ru
