Анотація
Визначено, що емоційновольовий компонент професійно-психологічної компетентності військовослужбовців
Національної гвардії України – це здатність розуміти власний емоційний стан
у різноманітних професійних ситуаціях; адекватність реагування на результати
діяльності та можливі невдачі; цілеспрямованість; терпіння і володіння собою
в ситуаціях невизначеності; наполегливість та енергійність в досягненні
поставленої мети й розв’язанні навчально-професійних завдань; ініціативність,
сміливість, принциповість в розробці та реалізації навчальних і професійних
проектів.
The article presents the results of an empirical study of the emotional-volitional component of the professional-psychological competence of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine at the stage of professional training Based on the analysis of psychological literature, it was determined that the emotional-volitional component of the professional-psychological competence of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine is the ability to understand one's own emotional state in various professional situations; adequacy of response to performance results and possible failures; purposefulness; patience and self-control in situations of uncertainty; perseverance and energy in achieving the set goal and solving educational and professional tasks; initiative, courage, principledness in the development and implementation of educational and professional projects. The following predominant profiles of self-regulation were identified: typical profile No. 1, characterized by high development of goal planning and process programming processes. The subjects are characterized by a clear planning of activities and the choice of methods of implementation of actions, but due to the weakness of modeling, more importance is given to details and trifles, which can lead to the loss of the main thing. Typical profile No. 4, which is characterized by the formation of modeling, programming and evaluation of results, low development of the planning link. The subjects do not think about their future, have low organization in educational activities. Actions and deeds depend on the situation, which is manifested in insufficient consistency and even impulsiveness of behavior. Typical profile No. 5 is characterized by a high level of development according to the modeling scale. The subjects are able to clearly set goals, plan carefully, adhere to specific deadlines for the performance of activities and, as a result, organize the activity process. They are characterized by energy, quick switching from one type of activity to another.
Определено, что эмоционально-волевой компонент профессионально-психологической компетентности военнослужащих Национальной гвардии Украины – это способность понимать собственное эмоциональное состояние в различных профессиональных ситуациях; адекватность реагирования на результаты деятельности и возможные неудачи; целеустремленность; терпение и обладание собой в ситуациях неопределенности; настойчивость и энергичность в достижении поставленных целей и решении учебно-профессиональных задач; инициативность, смелость, принципиальность в разработке и реализации обучающих и профессиональных проектов.
