dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано сучасні підходи до розуміння змісту поняття «адміністративна процедура». Сформульовано поняття та здійснено класифікацію зовнішньоорганізаційних адміністративних процедур, що здійснюються Державною фіскальною службою України. Наголошено, що зовнішньоорганізаційні адміністративні процедури реалізуються Державною фіскальною службою України за участю фізичних і юридичних осіб, сприяючи реалізації їх прав, свобод та законних інтересів у сфері оподаткування.
dc.description.abstractCurrent approaches in understanding the content of the notion «administrative procedure» are analyzed. The concept of innerorganizational administrative procedures realized by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. is formulated and their classification is made. The objective of the article is to analyze the modern definitions that have emerged in the jurisprudence concerning the content of the concept of administrative procedure, to allocate classification features of innerorganizational administrative procedures realized by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The methodological basis of the article is a set of general and specific methods of research. The content of the concept «administrative procedure» is defined with the help of logical and semantic method. Structural and logical method has been used for classification of innerorganizational administrative procedures realized by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. It is indicated that innerorganizational administrative procedures suggest that there are two subjects, which are the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and private (individuals or legal entities) persons, thus considerable attention, from both the public and the Service itself that is interested in forming trusting relations with taxpayers, is paid to the process of their realization. It is emphasized that innerorganizational administrative procedures are an essential component of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine functioning. They define the procedure of realization of administrative actions and execution of adopted decisions regarding the consideration, solution and resolving individual administrative cases aimed at realizing and guaranteeing the rights and legitimate interests of taxpayers (individuals and legal entities) in the sphere of tax legal relations.
dc.description.abstractПроанализированы современные подходы к пониманию содержания понятия «административная процедура». Сформулировано понятие и осуществлена классификация внешнеорганизационных административных процедур, осуществляемых Государственной фискальной службой Украины. Отмечено, что внешнеорганизационные административные процедуры реализуются Государственной фискальной службой Украины с участием физических и юридических лиц, способствуя реализации их прав, свобод и законных интересов в сфере налогообложения.
