Анотація
Представлено взаємозв’язки здібностей соціального інтелекту та комунікативних настанов курсантів ЗВО зі специфічними умовами навчання.
Показано, що здібності соціального інтелекту курсантів не пов'язані з
наявністю потреби впливати на інших. Доведено, що рівень соціального
інтелекту курсантів негативно пов'язаний з деструктивними настановами в
спілкуванні (відкрита жорстокість, обґрунтований негативізм та негативний досвід спілкування), позитивно - з вираженістю інтерактивної настанови
«Дорослий», яка відображає раціональний характер комунікативного
реагування, неконформність.
The article presents the results of studying the interrelationships of the abilities of social intelligence and the communicative setting of cadets of the university with specific learning conditions. The literature describes the negative attitudes of people with a low level of social intelligence (conservatism, intolerance, etc.). Ambiguous results were obtained in various studies on the communicative instructions of persons with a high level of social intelligence. The study used a number of psychodiagnostic techniques: the method of research of social intelligence J. Gilford and M. Sullivan), social interest scale (J. Krendel), scale manipulative relationship (T. Bant), method of determination of the destructive attitudes in interpersonal relationships (V. V. Boyko), the methodology for the study of communicative units of personality (by E. Bern). In the study, spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used. The study was conducted on the basis of Kharkiv national University of internal Affairs, which was attended by 40 cadets. Social intelligence in the surveyed group of cadets was not related to interest in social problems, the need to influence others. It is revealed that the level of social intelligence of cadets is significantly negatively related to such destructive communication guidelines as open cruelty, grounded negativism and negative communication experience. A higher level of social intelligence in the surveyed sample of cadets corresponded to a more pronounced interactive setting «Adult». This interactive setting provides rational response to a problem situation, control, sobriety in estimates, conformist, independence, discipline. The development of social intelligence does not directly contribute to the formation of a harmonious type of communication. The higher level of social intelligence of cadets corresponds to more pronounced formal and conflict types of their interaction. Thus, it is necessary to form special skills in the policemens for the optimal resolution of conflict situations
Представлены взаимосвязи способностей социального интеллекта и коммуникативных установок курсантов ЗВО со специфическими условиями обучения.
