dc.description.abstractResults of vandal acts which destroy and damage as well as infringe on street objects and other public places appear every day in modern settlements. Modern society has come to the point that the manifestation of aggression which meet their moral, emotional and political needs becomes normal and does not cause the desire to fight it. Even 10 years ago, there were state and citizens attempts to prevent vandalism, while in the last few years the scale of such actions to minimise and eliminate these manifestations has decreased significantly. The main aim of this publication is to show the scale of vandalism manifestations in Ukraine, imperfection of legislative regulation of such phenomenon and to propose ways of vandalism prevention and criminal offences connected with it.uk_UA
