Результати дослідно-експериментальної перевірки ефективності змістово-функціональної моделі розвитку швидкісно-силових якостей майбутніх офіцерів засобами службово-прикладних єдиноборств

Abstract

Наголошено, що забезпечення необхідного рівня тактичної та спеціальної фізичної підготовленості майбутніх офіцерів Збройних Сил України та Національної поліції України до виконання завдань за призначенням за умов професійної освіти є важливим практичним завданням, що забезпечить формування (підтримання) важливих професійних компетентностей. Розроблено та апробовано змістово-функціональної моделі розвитку швидкісно-силових якостей майбутніх офіцерів Збройних Сил України та Національної поліції України засобами бойового розділу боротьби самбо (бойового самбо).

Ensuring the necessary level of Tactical and Special Physical readness of Future Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine to perform assigned tasks in vocational education is an important practical task that will ensure the formation (maintenance) of important Professional Competencies. In turn, Service-applied Martial Arts play a leading role in the process of Tactical and Special Physical Training of cadets (students) of higher Military Educational Institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Each type of contact Martial Arts: kickboxing, combat sambo, hand-to-hand combat, judo (etc.), involves a comprehensive and harmonious development of the individual. The main Purpose of the study is to develop and test the Content-Functional Model of the development of speed and strength qualities of Future Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine by means of combat sambo. In accordance with the results of the analysis of Scientific-Methodical and Special literature (Internet resources), members of the research group developed and tested the ContentFunctional model of development of speed and power qualities of Future Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the National Police of Ukraine (NPU) by means of Combat Sambo. In order to test this Pedagogical Model in the System of Professional Education of Future Officers of the AFU and the NPU, a Pedagogical Experiment was conducted, in which cadets of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Petro Sagaidachny (n=28 people) and cadets of the faculty № 2 of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (n=24 people). Prior to the beginning of the Pedagogical experiment, the Future Officers of the AFU and the NPU did not differ significantly in the level of development of speed and power qualities (P≥0,05). During the Pedagogical Experiment, the studied cadets Kg used the traditional method of development and improvement of Tactical and Special Physical readness, which is provided by the relevant curricula, programs and guidelines. In turn, the studied Future Eg Officers additionally used the above-mentioned ContentFunctional model, which contributed to the accelerated formation of their speed and strength qualities (MilitaryApplied skills). Comparing the indicators before and after using our proposed Pedagogical Model, it was found that the results obtained at the end of the Pedagogical Experiment in the studied groups significantly increased compared to the initial data and these differences are mostly significant (Eg, P≤0,05).

Отмечено, что обеспечение необходимого уровня тактической и специальной физической подготовленности будущих офицеров Вооруженных Сил Украины и Национальной полиции Украины к выполнению задач по назначению в условиях профессионального образования является важной практической задачей, обеспечивающей формирование (поддержание) важных профессиональных компетентностей. Разработана и апробирована содержательно-функциональная модель развития скоростно-силовых качеств будущих офицеров Вооруженных Сил Украины и Национальной полиции Украины средствами боевого раздела борьбы самбо (боевого самбо).
