Аксіологічна компетентність у структурі резильєнтності працівників поліції: концептуалізація поняття

Abstract

Стаття презентує концептуалізацію феномена аксіологічної компетентності як структурного компонента резильєнтності особистості працівників поліції. Резильєнтність розглянуто як особистісну якість, що забезпечує здатність запобігати дезадаптації у складних ситуаціях, розвиватися навіть під впливом стресових обставин, профілактувати та долати наслідки психотравмуючих впливів. Обґрунтовано структурно-змістову модель аксіологічної компетентності поліцейського, яка містить такі складові, як: усвідомлення та аналіз цінностей; вміння виражати свої цінності; реалізація цінностей у дії; здатність вирішувати конфлікти, пов’язані з цінностями; розвиток ціннісних орієнтацій; ціннісна гнучкість; соціальна чутливість та толерантність до цінностей інших людей; критичне мислення.The article presents the conceptualization of the phenomenon of axiological competence as a structural component of the resilience of police officers. Resilience is considered as a personal quality that provides the ability to prevent maladaptation in difficult situations, to develop even under the influence of stressful circumstances, to prevent and overcome the consequences of psycho-traumatic influences. The competence approach is recognized as the most relevant for understanding the essence of axiological competence as a structural component of resilience. Axiological competence is defined as the ability to understand, appreciate and evaluate values, to choose actions and make decisions that correspond to values, to influence one's own value orientations and behavior based on these values. The structural and content model of axiological competence of a police officer is substantiated. Axiological competence includes such components as: awareness and analysis of values; the ability to express one's values; implementation of values in action; the ability to resolve conflicts related to values; development of value orientations; valuable flexibility; social sensitivity and tolerance for other people's values; critical thinking. Awareness and analysis of values involves understanding that values exist and affect life. The ability to express one's values is manifested in the skills of expressing one's values in an open and effective way. Implementation of values in action is related to the ability to successfully transform one's values into concrete actions. The ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts determines the ability to resolve value disputes. The ability to resolve internal conflicts is manifested in the ability to resolve value dilemmas. The development of value orientations includes the ability to change value orientations in accordance with changing life circumstances. Social sensitivity and tolerance involves understanding and taking into account the values of other people, the ability to treat others with respect. Critical thinking indicates the ability to evaluate one's values and the values of society.Исследована концептуализация феномена аксиологической компетентности как структурного компонента резильентности личности работников полиции.
