Анотація
Представлено результати проведеного емпіричного дослідження різних аспектів прояву емоційного інтелекту неповнолітніх засуджених чоловічої статі. Наведено порівняльний аналіз між групами неповнолітніх засуджених чоловічої статі та підлітків з умовно нормативною поведінкою.
The article presents and describes the results of an empirical study of various aspects of emotional intelligence in male juvenile convicts. A comparative analysis between groups of juvenile male convicts and adolescents with normative behavior is presented. The study sample consisted of 626 older male adolescents. Empirical research was carries out within the following approaches to the definition of emotional intelligence: the ability model of J. Mayer, P. Salovey, D. Caruzo (MSCEIT and SREIT), seven-factor model of K. Barchard, the mixed model of D. Liucine. Interpretation of the data showed that juvenile convicts differ from adolescents with normative behavior in significantly lower indicators on three scales of the MSCEIT, such as: Emotional facilitation of thinking”, “Ability to understand and analyze emotional information”, “Ability to conscious for personal growth and improvement of interpersonal relations”; in the group of juvenile convicts indicators on the scales “Regulation of emotions” and “Using emotions to solve problems” are probably lower compared to the group of adolescents with normative behavior and no differences were found in the indicators on the scale “Evaluation and expression of emotions” (SREIT); juvenile convicts showed lower scores on scales “Empathy for joy”, “Empathy for unhappiness”, “Empathy” (K. Barchard test); juvenile convicts expressed less awareness of the emotional state of others, lack of understanding and less ability to provoke certain emotions in interpersonal partners, as well as to transform their own experiences and feelings (D. Liucine EmIn test).
Представлены результаты проведенного эмпирического исследования разных аспектов проявления эмоционального интеллекта несовершеннолетних осужденных мужского пола. Представлен сравнительный анализ между группами несовершеннолетних осужденных мужского пола и подростков с условно нормативным поведением.
