Цінності у структурі особистості працівників поліції з різним рівнем особистісної здійсненності

Abstract

Наголошено, що цінності поліціантів є основою особистісної стійкості та професійної надійності; позитивно відображаються на утворенні стійких життєвих стратегій та професійних перспектив; визначають специфіку їхньої суб’єктної позиції та екзистенціального самовизначення; є фундаментом у визначенні сенсу життя, напряму діяльності та поведінки. Визначено особливості ціннісної сфери та представленості життєвих сфер у групах поліцейських з різним рівнем особистісної здійсненності.

The article presents a brief overview of domestic and foreign literature on the problem of values of police officers. Domestic scholars agree that the values of police officers are the basis of personal stability and professional reliability; have a positive effect on the formation of sustainable life strategies and professional prospects; determine the specifics of their subjective position and existential selfdetermination; is the foundation in determining the meaning of life, direction of activity and behavior. Foreign researchers interpret work values as indicators of productivity and job satisfaction; as markers of career growth and professional maturity. The aim of the study is to determine the features of the value sphere and the representation of life spheres in groups of police officers with different levels of personality’s fulfillmentity. “Terminal Values Questionnaire” (TVQ) by I. Senin was used. The study sample consisted of 97 police officers. Three groups of police officers were formed with the help of “Questionnaire of Personality’s Fulfillmentity” by O. Shtepa using cluster analysis based on the k-average principle. The low level of personality’s fulfillmentity was found in 25 persons, the average level was diagnosed in 43 persons, the high level was determined in 29 persons. Respondents with a low level of personality’s fulfillmentity (first group) and a high level of personality’s fulfillmentity (second group) were involved in further research. Student’s t-test for independent samples was used for mathematical and statistical data processing The structure of the development of the value sphere in groups of police officers with different levels of personality’s fulfillmentity was empirically studied. The value sphere of police officers, the value of their spheres of life does not differ significantly depending on the level of personality’s fulfillmentity, but the established differences allowed us to draw a number of significant conclusions. As the value of self-development decreases, so does the value of high financial status, which is manifested in the fact that the value of financial well-being increases with the transition from a group with a high level of personality’s fulfillmentity to a group with a low level. Police officers with a high level of personality’s fulfillmentity are more concerned with the problems of spiritual enrichment and professional development, they will prefer activities that will correspond to their principles and values. For police officers with a low level of personality’s fulfillmentity, the field of training and education is dominant. For a group of police officers with a high level of personal feasibility, the priority areas were: professional, family and social life.

Отмечено, что ценности полицейских являются основой личной устойчивости и профессиональной надежности; положительно отражаются на образовании устойчивых жизненных стратегий и профессиональных перспектив; определяют специфику их субъектной позиции и экзистенциального самоопределения; являются фундаментом в определении смысла жизни, направления деятельности и поведения. Определены особенности ценностной сферы и представленности жизненных сфер в полицейских группах с разным уровнем личностной осуществимости.
