Формування та підготовка кадрів (персоналу) до органів Національної поліції України

Abstract

Стаття присвячена особливостям професійного відбору та підготовки кадрів майбутніх поліцейських до органів Національної поліції України. Висвітлено проблему виявлення та підготовки людей, які найбільш відповідають вимогам, що висуваються до персоналу органів, служб та підрозділів органів Національної поліції, здатного ефективно та на високому рівні вирішувати оперативно-службові завдання.This article is devoted to the peculiarities of professional selection and training of future police officers to the National Police of Ukraine. In particular, the author highlights the problem of identifying and training people that are most appropriate for the formation of a highly professional staff, services and divisions in the organs of the National Police that can efficiently and at a high level to solve operational and service tasks. Occupational selection and training to join the National Police of Ukraine is a separate stage of the Personnel Policy Affairs of Ukraine and consists of many elements. This comprehensive study of the individual employee future to predict proficiency by analyzing existing business, physical and mental qualities. The subject of the article is the problem of identifying people most meet the requirements for the formation of a highly professional staff, departments and units of the National Police of Ukraine, capable of efficiently and at a high level to solve operational and service tasks. The article is a professional approach to the selection of future police officers with a view to forming a highly professional, stable and optimally balanced housing police personnel that would fully meet modern requirements and effectively solve the problem that now puts Ukraine National Police leadership to subordinate agencies and departments.Статья посвящена особенностям профессионального отбора и подготовки кадров будущих полицейских в органы Национальной полиции Украины. Освещена проблема выявления и подготовки людей, которые наиболее отвечают требованиям, которые выдвигаются к персоналу органов, служб и подразделений Национальной полиции Украины, способного эффективно и на высоком уровне решать оперативно-служебные задачи.
