Анотація
Розроблено та апробовано сучасну нормативну базу зі спеціальної фізичної підготовки
майбутніх офіцерів Національної поліції України (поліцейських різних категорій та вікових груп) у напрямі розвитку та удосконалення техніки та тактики застосування ними кайданків у різних умовах службово-оперативної (бойової) діяльності. Визначено загальні умови відпрацювання нормативів, а також умови та обставини, за яких вправа вважається не виконаною.
Today it is important to modernize and improve the regulatory framework for training programs for future officers of the National Police of Ukraine (hereinafter NPU) and training programs for police officers of various categories in the direction of their tactical and special physical training. The main purpose of the study is to develop a modern regulatory framework for special physical training of future officers of the NPU (police officers of different categories and age groups) in the development and improvement of techniques and tactics of handcuffs in different conditions of service and operational activities. According to the results of the analysis of scientific-methodical and special literature, Internet resources (1 stage of research) it is established that despite a significant number of works on the chosen direction of research, the problem of developing a modern regulatory framework for special physical training of future NPU officers and police officers of various categories, in the system of their professional education (service training) in the direction of improving the technique and tactics of using handcuffs in different conditions of service and operational activities are insufficiently covered, which requires further scientific research and practical development of reference and time models of the above technical and tactical actions and combinations. Further (Phase 2 of the study), taking into account the results obtained during the previous phase of the study, members of the research group developed technical and tactical algorithms for future standards for handcuffing police officers of different categories and age groups, namely: Exercise 1 a. Putting on handcuffs in a standing position; exercise 1 b. Putting on handcuffs in a supine position; exercise 1 c. Handcuffing while lying down is endangered by the use of firearms. During the 3rd stage of the study, we organized a pedagogical experiment, which involved testing the effectiveness of the experimental exercise. For this purpose, an experimental group was created (cadets and officers of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, n = 268 people). Summarizing the results of the empirical study, members of the research group found that the results obtained at the end of the pedagogical experiment in the experimental group (Eg), increased relative to the original data, and these differences are mostly significant (Eg, P ≤ 0,05). As a result of the research, the members of the research group developed and tested a modern regulatory framework for special physical training of future NPU officers (police officers of different categories and age groups) in the direction of development and improvement of techniques and tactics of handcuffs in different conditions of service (combat) activities.
Разработана и апробирована современная нормативная база по специальной физической подготовке будущих офицеров Национальной полиции Украины (полицейских разных категорий и возрастных групп) в направлении развития и совершенствования техники и тактики применения наручников в различных условиях служебно-оперативной (боевой) деятельности.
