Анотація
Розроблено та апробовано педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх офіцерів-правоохоронців до виконання завдань за призначенням у системі тактико-спеціальної підготовки із використанням технічних засобів навчання, а також засобів фізичної та спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Наголошено, що впровадження засобів спеціальної фізичної підготовки (сучасного наукового інструментарію) в основну частину практичних занять з тактико-спеціальної підготовки забезпечило більш стійке та технічно вірне і збалансоване формування необхідних прикладних рухових навичок у майбутніх офіцерів, які забезпечили формування у них професійних компетентностей необхідних для виконання завдань за призначенням.
Service-operational (combat) activity of representatives of institutions of the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine with law enforcement functions can take place in extreme conditions, involving the use of Martial Arts (Forces), special means, firearms, special equipment, etc., which requires law enforcement officers of different categories of appropriate professional (official, individual) training. Performing assigned tasks in the above conditions requires a high level of Tactical, Special and Special Physical training of law enforcement officers of different categories and age groups, including future officers, which is achieved by Tactical-Special, shooting training, Physical and Special Physical training and is an important area of Scientific Intelligence. The Main Purpose of the work is to develop and test the Pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness of future law enforcement officers to perform assigned tasks in the System of Tactical Special Training using Technical means of training, as well as means of Physical and Special physical training. During the first stage of the empirical study, an analysis of scientific and methodological and special literature was conducted, which reveals the main directions of solving the outlined problems. In the dynamics of the second stage of the study, we substantiated the feasibility and necessity of introducing into the System of Tactical Special training of cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (KNUIA) Pedagogical conditions for forming their readiness to perform tasks with the use of Technical means training. For the purpose of practical check of efficiency of the Pedagogical conditions developed by us the Pedagogical experiment in which cadets of KNUIA (n=84 persons) took part is organized. The studied cadets were divided into a Control group (Kg, n=42 people) and an Experimental group (Eg, n=42 people). During the Pedagogical experiment, the cadets of Kg in the System of Tactical and Special training used the current legal framework, as well as Methodological recommendations (a Set of Educational and Methodological support) for the organization of Practical classes on Tactical and Special training. In turn, the cadets of Eg additionally used the Pedagogical conditions developed by us, which provided for the accentuated use of means of Physical and Special physical training, as well as Modern Scientific tools. Comparing the indicators before and after the use of the Pedagogical conditions developed by us, it was found that the results obtained at the end of the Pedagogical experiment in the studied groups significantly increased compared to the initial data and these differences are mostly significant (Eg, P≤0,05).
