dc.description.abstractУ статті доведено актуальність компетентнісного підходу до професійної підготовки фахівців у закладах вищої освіти. Професійну компетентність фахівця визначено як соціально-професійний феномен, основою якого є фахові знання, засвоєні способи дій, уміння, навички, професійно важливі особистісні якості та корпоративні цінності, які забезпечують готовність до майбутньої професійної діяльності, дозволяють швидко адаптуватися до певних умов, бути відповідальним, ініціативним, прагнути до вдосконалення, самореалізації, здорового способу життя. З’ясовано, що професійна компетентність є основою фахового та кар’єрного зростання випускника закладу вищої освіти, досягнення ним професійно значущих і життєвих цілей. Рівень сформованості професійної компетентності фахівця визначає його кваліфікацію, якість організації праці, адекватність оцінки її результатів.
dc.description.abstractThe article proves the relevance of the competence approach to the professional training of specialists in higher education institutions. The professional competence of a specialist is defined as a socio-professional phenomenon, the basis of which is professional knowledge, learned ways of acting, abilities, skills, professionally important personal qualities and corporate values, which ensure readiness for future professional activity, allow you to quickly adapt to certain conditions, be responsible, proactive, striving for improvement, self-realization, a healthy lifestyle. It was found that professional competence is the basis of the professional and career growth of a higher education institution graduate, his achievement of professionally significant and life goals. The level of formation of the specialist's professional competence determines his qualification, the quality of work organization, and the adequacy of the evaluation of its results. The pedagogical principles of professional competence formation are the well-known principles of modern industrial training: systematicity, integrability, differentiation, universality, unity of socialization and professionalization of the individual, modularity, professional periodization, stagedness, democratization, humanization, intensification, professional mobility, stability and dynamism. It has been established that the educational environment of a higher education institution is the basis for the formation of a specialist's professional competence as a source of regular, organized influences on the subjects of the educational process due to the action of various material and non-material factors. In the structure of the educational environment, polysubject, corporate-value, content-didactic, organizationalactivity, spatial-subject subsystems and their differentiated influence on the professional competence formation are distinguished. It has been found that the framework of professional competence is formed in the institution of higher education, around which special (professional and technological) competences are crystallized in the process of activity according to the chosen profile. It is considered how in the crisis conditions of a full-scale invasion, the effective formation of professional competence of future specialists can be ensured through distance and mixed learning in on-line and off-line modes.

Профессиональная компетентность специалиста определена как социально-профессиональный феномен, основой которого являются профессиональные знания, усвоенные способы действий, умения, навыки, профессионально важные личностные качества и корпоративные ценности, обеспечивающие готовность к будущей профессиональной деятельности, позволяющие быстро адаптироваться к определенным условиям, быть инициативным, стремиться к совершенствованию, самореализации, здоровому образу жизни. Выяснено, что профессиональная компетентность является основой профессионального и карьерного роста выпускника высшего образования, достижения им профессионально значимых и жизненных целей. Уровень сформированности профессиональной компетентности специалиста определяет его квалификацию, качество организации труда, адекватность оценки его результатов.
