Theoretical and legal analysis of the category «financial security of the state»

Abstract

One of the most important components of national security is financial security. Without ensuring financial security, it is almost impossible to solve any of the challenges facing the state. The purpose of the study was to perform a theoretical and legal analysis of the category "financial security" and internal and external threats to the financial security of the country on the basis of generalization of the existing theoretical achievements of the science of administrative law. The study used general scientific and special methods of legal science. In this study, we carried out a thorough theoretical and legal analysis of the category "financial security", its legal nature and historical peculiarities of formation were investigated in the article. The emphasis is on the elements of the financial security system of the state. The basic category is considered as a source of national security and economic security.
