Анотація
Розглянуто проблему визначення специфіки локалізації суб’єктивного контролю як форми атрибуції відповідальності у працівників патрульної поліції. Проаналізовано ракурси дослідження феномену відповідальності у сучасних наукових студіях. Зазначено, що професійна відповідальність є необхідною умовою професіоналізму
сучасного поліцейського. Описано результати дослідження локусу контролю у працівників патрульної поліції, здійснено їх порівняння
у групах поліцейських з різним стажем професійної діяльності.
The article is devoted to the problem of determining the specifics of the localization of subjective control as a form of attribution of responsibility of patrol police officers. The perspectives of research of the phenomenon of responsibility in modern scientific studies are analyzed. In psychology, responsibility is studied through such categories as freedom, morality, consciousness, personality, personality qualities. Responsibility is seen as the ability of person to be responsible for what is entrusted to it or for what it has assumed. Based on this, defining the category of responsibility, we highlight, above all, its integrative nature, which covers the consciousness, feelings and behaviour of man. An important direction in the analysis of the phenomenon of responsibility is the theory of the locus of control, according to which responsibility for what has happened or will happen soon, attributed to external forces or their own abilities and efforts, the tendency of the individual to see the source of control, or in itself. It is noted that professional responsibility is a necessary condition for the professionalism of a modern police officer, but in domestic psychology this problem remains insufficiently studied. The results of the study of the locus of control of patrol police officers are described, their comparison is made in groups of police officers with different length of professional activity. It was found that subjects with more experience show more internality in the field of failures in different temporal dimensions, which explains the greater tendency to self-blame found in this group. Patrol police officers with less experience have a more pronounced focus on taking responsibility in professional relationships; greater tendency to show initiative and take responsibility in the field of official relations; to act actively, maintaining interpersonal relationships; be active in overcoming difficulties.
Рассмотрена проблема определения специфики локализации субъективного контроля как формы атрибуции ответственности у работников патрульной полиции. Проанализированы ракурсы исследования феномена ответственности в современных научных студиях. Отмечено, что профессиональная ответственность является необходимым условием профессионализма современного полицейского. Описаны результаты исследования локуса контроля у работников патрульной полиции, проведены их сравнения в группах полицейских с разным стажем профессиональной деятельности.
