Трансформація лідерства в суспільстві

Abstract

У статті досліджено психологічні питання пов’язані з лідерством, визначена дефініція лідера та лідерства, класифіковано типи лідерів та проаналізовано психологічні характеристики лідера із врахуванням трансформації феномену лідерства у сучасному суспільстві. В даній роботі зміщено акцент з вивчення лідерства як психологічного феномену у певній соціальній групі до дослідження лідерства у сучасному суспільстві в цілому. Наголошено, що лідер у сучасному суспільстві – це складний багатогранний феномен, який можна визначити як члена соціальної групи, що здатний суттєво впливати на поведінку решти учасників такої групи та впливати на їх світогляд. Класифіковано типи лідерів та здійснено їх поділ за ознакою визнання лідера на формальних та неформальних лідерів, за ознакою впливу на соціальну групу на лідерів конструктивного та деструктивного типу. Виокремлено такий новий вид лідерства як групове лідерство, яке характеризується тим, що складається з декількох членів соціальної групи, при чому жодна з відповідних осіб не є лідером у повному значенні цього слова, а лише виконує частину функціональних обов’язків лідера та має відповідні психологічні характеристики, водночас їх сукупність є лідером для відповідної соціальної групи. Доведено існування систем лідерства з високою та низькою мобільністю лідерів та перспективи застосування моделі лідерства з високою мобільністю. Досліджено психологічні характеристики лідера. Після аналізу наукової літератури надано наступні психологічні характеристики лідера: рівень інтелекту; рівень професійних знань; здатність до адаптації; критичне мислення; організаційні здібності; емпатичні здібності; особисті моральні якості; домінантні якості; комунікативні характеристики. Запропоновано доповнити існуючий у науковій доктрині перелік такими характеристиками як неформальність та соціальні зв’язки з лідерами інших рівнів та інших груп. Оскільки зазначені зв’язки безперечно стали особливими психологічними характеристиками сучасного лідера, враховуючи зміни у соціумі. Наголошено, що наявність чи відсутність певних психологічних характеристик є характерною ознакою для лідерів окремих соціальних груп в залежності від їх складу, а також доведено їх залежність від виду лідерства відповідно до наданої в роботі класифікації.The purpose of the article is to reveal the problems of leadership phenomenon transformation in modern society, caused by the change of society. The article examines the psychological issues related to leadership, the definition of a leader, the classification of leaders and the psychological characteristics of the leader, given the transformation of the phenomenon of leadership in modern society. This paper shifts the emphasis from the study of leadership as a psychological phenomenon in a particular social group to the study of leadership in modern society as a whole. It is emphasized that a leader in modern society is a complex multifaceted phenomenon that can be defined as a member of a social group that can significantly influence the behavior of other members of such a group and influence their worldview. The classification of leaders and their division on the basis of recognition of the leader at the official level into formal and informal leaders and on the basis of the influence of the social group on the leaders of constructive and destructive type. A new type of leadership, such as group leadership, is characterized by the fact that it consists of several members of a social group, and none of the persons concerned is a leader in the full sense of the word, but only performs part of the functional responsibilities of a leader, at the same time their totality is the leader for the corresponding social group. The existence of leadership systems with high and low mobility of leaders and the prospects of applying the leadership model with high mobility are proved. The psychological characteristics of the leader are studied. After analyzing the scientific literature, the following psychological characteristics of the leader are given: level of intelligence; level of professional knowledge; ability to adapt; organizational skills; empathic abilities, personal moral qualities; dominant qualities; communicative characteristics. It is proposed to supplement the existing list in scientific doctrine with such characteristics as informality and social ties with leaders of other levels and other groups, as they have undoubtedly become special psychological characteristics of the modern leader, caused by changes in society. It is emphasized that the presence or absence of certain psychological characteristics is characteristic of leaders of certain social groups depending on their composition and may depend on the type of leadership according to the classification provided in the paper, and therefore they are not universal.В статье исследованы психологические вопросы, связанные с лидерством, определена дефиниция лидера и лидерства, классифицированы типы лидеров и проанализированы психологические характеристики лидера с учетом трансформации феномена лидерства в современном обществе.
