Abstract

Методичні рекомендації присвячені питанням взаємодії працівників Національної поліції з представниками ЗМІ під час несення служби. У п’яти розділах розкриваються питання правового статусу працівників Національної поліції, журналістів та інших представників ЗМІ; принципи діяльності працівників Національної поліції та представників ЗМІ; права та обов’язки працівників Національної поліції та представників ЗМІ; відповідальність за перешкоджання професійній діяльності журналістів та працівників Національної поліції. У рекомендаціях роз’яснюються питання збирання та оприлюднення публічної інформації; взаємодії із представниками ЗМІ під час здійснення правоохоронної діяльності; приведено алгоритм дій працівника Національної поліції на місці події (злочину); ророзголошення відомостей про досудове розслідування; проведення фото- та відео зйомки; обмеження доступу на визначену територію.The methodical recommendations are devoted to the issues of interaction between the staff of the National Police and the media during the service.
