Вплив інтеграційних процесів на розвиток системи криміналістики в Україні

Abstract

Порівняльний аналіз змісту вітчизняної криміналістики зі змістом споріднених дисциплін свідчить про виродження природничо-технічного напряму криміналістичних досліджень і перетворення сучасної української криміналістики на гуманітарну науку про кримінальне розслідування, аналогом якої можна вважати дисципліну Criminal Investigations у США. Водночас розділи криміналістичної техніки та судової експертизи належно не розвиваються через відсутність чіткого розуміння обсягу та місця відповідних знань у наявній системі наук. Перспективи подальшого розвитку криміналістики в Україні обумовлюються впливом інтеграційних процесів цієї науки із Forensic Science, які являють собою дещо відмінні між собою моделі однієї сфери наукових знань, що збігаються за цілями та завданнями, але значно відрізняються за обсягом.A comparative analysis of the content of domestic forensics with the content of related disciplines indicates the degeneration of the natural and technical direction of forensic research and the transformation of modern Ukrainian forensics into a humanitarian science of criminal investigation, an analogue of which can be considered the discipline of Criminal Investigations in the USA. At the same time, the sections of forensic technology and forensic examination are not properly developed due to the lack of a clear understanding of the scope and place of relevant knowledge in the existing system of sciences. The prospects for the further development of forensics in Ukraine are determined by the influence of the integration processes of this science with Forensic Science, which are somewhat different models of one area of ​​scientific knowledge, coinciding in goals and objectives, but significantly different in scope.
