Legal regulation of personnel training of the security and defense sector of Ukraine in wartime

Abstract

Відзначено, що ефективна система правового регулювання у сфері підготовки особового складу сектору безпеки та оборони повинна бути динамічною, гнучкою та орієнтованою на потреби передової. Якщо нормативно-правова база постійно оновлюється, а законодавство відповідає реальним потребам сил безпеки, можна досягти високої боєздатності, дисципліни та професіоналізму у воєнний час. Розвиток правового механізму в цій сфері є не лише гарантією ефективної оборони, але й одним із факторів довгострокової національної безпеки.

It is noted that an effective system of legal regulation in the field of training personnel in the security and defense sector should be dynamic, flexible and focused on the needs of the front line. If the regulatory framework is constantly updated, and the legislation meets the real needs of the security forces, it is possible to achieve high combat readiness, discipline and professionalism in wartime. The development of a legal mechanism in this area is not only a guarantee of effective defense, but also one of the factors of long-term national security.
