Гендерний підхід у процесі підготовки кадрів для Національної поліції

Abstract

Харківський національний університет внутрішніх справ є провідним закладом вищої освіти МВС України, саме тому не може залишатися осторонь гендерної проблематики. Одним із пріоритетних напрямів в організації діяльності університету щодо підготовки кадрів для Національної поліції є забезпечення гендерної рівності. Порушена тема передбачає комплексний аналіз впровадження гендерного підходу у діяльність закладу вищої освіти.Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is a leading institution of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which is why it cannot remain aloof from gender issues. Ensuring gender equality is one of the priority directions in the organization of the university's activities regarding the training of personnel for the National Police. The discussed topic involves a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of a gender approach in the activities of a higher education institution.
