Процесуальний порядок та тактичні особливості здійснення слідчих (розшукових) дій: науково-методичні рекомендації

Abstract

У науково-методичних рекомендаціях представлений досліджений процесуальний порядок здійснення основних слідчих (розшукових) дій огляду місця події, допиту та обшуку відповідно до положень чинного Кримінального процесуального законодавства. Розглянуті тактичні завдання зазначених заходів та надані рекомендації щодо їх організації, безпосереднього проведення та фіксації отриманих результатів. Для працівників органів Національної поліції України, науковців, викладачів, ад’юнктів, аспірантів, докторантів, курсантів, студентів та слухачів навчальних закладів юридичного профілю, а також усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями удосконалення діяльності органів Національної поліції України.The scientific and methodological recommendations presented investigated the procedural procedure for the implementation of the main investigative actions of inspecting the scene, interrogation and search in accordance with the provisions of the current Criminal Procedure Law. The tactical tasks of these activities are considered and recommendations are given on their organization, direct implementation and fixation of the results obtained. For employees of the National Police of Ukraine, researchers, teachers, adjuncts, graduate students, doctoral students, cadets, students and students of legal schools, as well as anyone interested in improving the activities of the National Police of Ukraine.
