Духовно-моральне виховання молоді як запорука прогресивного розвитку кримінології: попереджувальний аспект злочинності на основі ідей православ’я

Abstract

Розглянуто важливі питання духовно-морального виховання молоді, що являють собою кримінологічну зацікавленість з метою виявлення прагнень, як позитивних, так і негативних тенденцій соціуму. Така ситуація є наслідком тридцятиріччя ідеологічного вакууму, коли чинності набрали негативні та руйнівні фактори, що є наслідком загальної суспільно-політичної кризи. Запропоновано духовно-ціннісний підхід і напрям, як варіант розв’язання багатьох проблем, з огляду на зубожіння людських відносин, коли підірвана їхня сталість, та заради усунення відгородженості один від одного, вихолощення негативів і моделювання єдино правильної поведінки людини у відношенні до самого себе на засадах совісті, поваги й служіння людині та Батьківщині, який здатний перемінити все навкруги та наповнити іншим змістом життя. Висвітлено актуальні для впровадження навчально-виховні методики А. С. Макаренка з пропозицією їхнього підкріплення духовно-ціннісними засадами та релігійною обізнаністю у метафізичному вимірі; баченням того, як все дивним чином управляється у всесвіті, має свої початок і завершення, відплату за негативні наслідки, заради переміни свідомості людини до кращих, більш вихованих її станів, а головне – духовності, від якої залежить справа спасіння людської душі.

The article examines important issues of spiritual and moral education of youth, which represent a criminological interest in order to identify aspirations, both positive and negative trends of youth and society in general. This situation is a consequence of thirty years of ideological vacuum when negative and destructive factors took effect, which is a consequence of the general socio-political crisis. Despite the religiosity of Ukrainian society, the factor of world top culture significantly prevails in the behavior of young people, which causes particular concern. The corresponding deformations are filled with more negative phenomena than pious states. Hence, it is suggested that the Ukrainian people lead a highly spiritual life based on the traditions of holiness, where the intelligentsia, and most importantly the politicians, would testify to the high moral principles of the society in everything, how would it be possible to attract young people to the processes of religion and the church, to educate the younger ones on the best examples of the older ones. In fact, from an early age, the child observes and filters the behavior of parents, elders, the environment, and relatives, he absorbs their manner of communication, moods, and trends of society. Children are the litmus test on which the state of moral prosperity or impoverishment of society can best be seen, whether it is the looseness of behavior, tattoos, or, on the contrary, the piety of a person's image, not tainted by sinfulness – which is clearly observed in the corresponding moods and mental and spiritual states. Hence, it is suggested, in contrast to the total spread of human rights in the current social life and science, as an ideological leader and motivating part of society, to think about eternal values and processes, especially in the conditions of modern global-apocalyptic processes of society, before the antichrist era. It is about a spiritual and valuable approach and direction, as an option for solving many problems, in view of the impoverishment of human relations, when their stability is undermined, and for the purpose of eliminating separation from each other, emasculating negatives and modeling the only correct behavior of a person in relation to himself on the basis of conscience, respect and service to each other and the Motherland, which is able to change everything around and fill life with a different meaning. A. S. Makarenko's teaching and educational methods relevant for implementation are highlighted with a proposal to strengthen them with spiritual and value principles and religious awareness in the metaphysical dimension; a vision of how everything is managed in a strange way in the universe, and has its beginnings and ends, retribution for negative consequences, for the sake of changing human consciousness to better, more educated states, and most importantly – spirituality, on which depends the salvation of the human soul, which is immortal, and always existing, and its stay in a state of eternity, either in the household of Paradise or in eternal torment. As part of the author's reflections on the problem, there is a probability of crystallizing certain positions that could be heard by the majority, for the sake of changing the social situation in collectives, further scientific interests, and creative achievements. A. S. Makarenko's method of creating an effective developmental and educational environment, improved by religious and spiritual content, is used today in many countries of the world and can be applied in the most diverse fields of human activity.

Рассмотрены важные вопросы духовно-нравственного воспитания молодежи, представляющие криминологический интерес с целью выявления стремлений, как положительных, так и негативных тенденций социума. Такая ситуация является следствием тридцатилетнего идеологического вакуума, когда вступили в силу негативные и разрушительные факторы, что является результатом всеобщего общественно-политического кризиса. Предложен духовно-ценностный подход и направление, как вариант решения многих проблем, учитывая обнищание человеческих отношений, когда подорвано их постоянство, и ради устранения отгороженности друг от друга, выхолащивание негативов и моделирование единственно правильного поведения человека в отношении самого себя на основах совести, уважения и служения человеку и Родине, который способен изменить все вокруг и наполнить другим содержанием жизни. Освещены актуальные для внедрения учебно-воспитательные методики А. С. Макаренко с предложением их подкрепления духовно-ценностными устоями и религиозной осведомленностью в метафизическом измерении; видением того, как все странным образом управляется во вселенной, имеет свое начало и завершение, возмездие за негативные последствия, ради изменения сознания человека к лучшим, более воспитанным его состояниям, а главное – духовности, от которой зависит дело спасения человеческой души.
