Abstract

Розкрито особливості використання комп’ютерних технологій працівниками поліції під час виявлення, попередження та розслідування злочинів. Досліджено принципи та методи протидії кіберзлочинам (визначення, класифікація, організаційні основи, нормативно-правова база застосування, типові схеми). Описано міжнародний досвід протидії кіберзлочинності, зокрема особливості протидії кіберзлочинності в КНР, США, ФРН тощо. Охарактеризовано використання технологій під час попередження та розслідування кіберзлочинів. Рекомендовано для курсантів, студентів, слухачів і фахівців правоохоронної сфери. Може бути корисним для викладачів та аспірантів закладів вищої освіти, які займаються дослідженнями у сфері протидії злочинності у кіберсфері.The features of the use of computer technologies by police officers during the detection, prevention and investigation of crimes are revealed.
