Особливості розслідування незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон України: науково-методичні рекомендації

Abstract

У науково-методичних рекомендаціях проаналізовані особливості розслідування незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон України, здійснено кримінально-правову характеристику незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон України, визначено систему державних органів, що забезпечують порядок перетину державного кордону України, наведені типові слідчі ситуації у розслідуванні незаконного переправлення осіб через державний кордон, а також порядок організації й тактики проведення окремих слідчих (розшукових) дій. Для оперативних та слідчих працівників органів та підрозділів Національної поліції, а також викладачів, ад’юнктів, курсантів і студентів ВНЗ МВС України та інших навчальних закладів юридичного спрямування.

The scientific and methodological recommendations analyzed the specifics of the investigation of the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine, carried out a criminal legal description of the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine, defined the system of state bodies ensuring the order of crossing the state border of Ukraine, typical investigative situations in the investigation of the illegal transfer of persons through the state border, as well as the order of organization and tactics of conducting separate investigative (search) actions. For operative and investigative employees of the bodies and divisions of the National Police, as well as teachers, adjuncts, cadets and students of the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and other educational institutions of the legal direction.
