Організація адміністративного судочинства України: правові засади : монографія

Abstract

У монографії аналізуються правові засади організації адміністративного судочинства України. Визначено сутність, особливості, принципи та завдання його організації, поняття, види та особливості правового статусу учасників, організаційно-правові засади забезпечення, особливості участі правоохоронних органів в цьому судочинстві. Надаються пропозиції щодо удосконалення законодавства із зазначених питань. Монографія розрахована на науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, курсантів та студентів вищих навчальних закладів, практичних працівників судових органів, всіх, хто цікавиться проблемами організації адміністративного судочинства України.The monograph analyzes the legal principles of the organization of administrative justice in Ukraine. The essence, features, principles and tasks of its organization, the concept, types and features of the legal status of participants, organizational and legal principles of support, features of the participation of law enforcement agencies in this justice are determined. Proposals are made for improving the legislation on these issues. The monograph is intended for scientists, teachers, postgraduate students, cadets and students of higher educational institutions, practical workers of judicial bodies, and everyone who is interested in the problems of the organization of administrative justice in Ukraine.
