Abstract

Навчальний посібник містить систематизований виклад змісту навчальної дисципліни «Професійно-психологічна підготовка поліцейського», що спрямована на спеціально організовану підготовку поліцейських і допомагає підготувати їх до подолання психологічних труднощів професійної діяльності і забезпечити успішне розв’язання завдань, що стоять перед ними під час виконання обов’язків в екстремальних умовах та умовах воєнного стану. Необхідність професійно-психологічної підготовки поліцейських обумовлена специфікою та особливостями їх професійної діяльності. Посібник спрямований на розвиток у майбутніх правоохоронців резильєнтності та опірності стресу; чіткого уявлення про психологічні закономірності та техніки професійного спілкування і психологічного впливу; здатності вчасно застосовувати методи та засоби психологічної саморегуляції, а також надання першої психологічної підготовки в умовах виконання службових обов’язків; розуміння причин та особливостей психологічного вигорання і професійної деформації з метою попередження та подолання цих явищ. Наприкінці поданий основний тезаурус, вивчення якого є невідʼємною частиною опанування навчальної дисципліни «Професійно-психологічна підготовка поліцейського». Навчальний посібник «Професійно-психологічна підготовка поліцейського» рекомендований для здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальностей D8 Право та K9 Правоохоронна діяльність Сумської філії Харківського національного університету внутрішніх справ, інших закладів вищої освіти III-IV рівнів акредитації, а також усіх, хто цікавиться питаннями психології спілкування та взаємодії.The manual contains a systematic presentation of the content of the academic discipline «Professional and Psychological Training of a Police Officer», which is aimed at specially organized training of police officers and helps prepare them to overcome the psychological difficulties of professional activity and ensure the successful solution of the tasks facing them while performing their duties in extreme conditions and under martial law. The need for professional and psychological training of police officers is due to the specifics and features of their professional activity. The manual is aimed at developing resilience and resistance to stress in future law enforcement officers; a clear understanding of the psychological patterns and techniques of professional communication and psychological influence; the ability to timely apply methods and means of psychological self-regulation, as well as providing initial psychological training in the performance of official duties; understanding the causes and features of psychological burnout and professional deformation in order to prevent and overcome these phenomena. At the end, a basic thesaurus is presented, the study of which is an integral part of mastering the academic discipline "Professional and Psychological Training of a Police Officer". The textbook «Professional and Psychological Training of a Police Officer» is recommended for higher education applicants in the specialties D8 Law and K9 Law Enforcement Activities of the Sumy Branch of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, other higher education institutions of III-IV levels of accreditation, as well as everyone who is interested in the psychology of communication and interaction.
