Economic essence, functions and principles of budget policy for the socio-economic development of the region

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану бюджетної політики у забезпеченні соціально-економічного розвитку регіону. Розглянуто роль податків та зборів у формуванні дохідної частини бюджетів регіонів та стратегічні засади системи міжбюджетних відносин. Зазначено актуальність теми у зв’язку із глобальними змінами в економічній обстановці, спричиненими широкомасштабною агресією Російської Федерації. Зроблено висновки щодо забезпечення відповідного виконання державного бюджету в умовах воєнного стану.The work is devoted to the study of the current state of budget policy in ensuring the socio-economic development of the region. The role of taxes and fees in the formation of the revenue part of regional budgets and the strategic principles of the system of inter-budgetary relations are considered. The relevance of the topic in connection with global changes in the economic situation caused by the large-scale aggression of the Russian Federation is noted. Conclusions are drawn regarding ensuring the appropriate implementation of the state budget under martial law.
