dc.description.abstractРозкрито теоретико-психологічні засади розробки професійно-психологічного тренінгу, присвяченого проблемі збереження психологічного здоров’я поліцейських Національної поліції України. Підкреслено, що з цією метою під час професійної підготовки поліцейських доцільно використовувати можливості технології професійно-психологічного тренінгу, оскільки вона уможливлює комплексне вирішення завдань формування у них психолого-правових знань, практичних умінь, досвіду емоційно-ціннісних відносин і поведінки, забезпечення психологічної надійності та стійкості, здатності протистояти стресам і конфліктам. Відзначено, що тренінг може базуватися на ідеях гуманістичної та гештальт-психології й психоаналітичної концепції. Надано рекомендації щодо розробки та проведення професійно-психологічного тренінгу в підрозділах Національної поліції України.uk_UA.UTF8
dc.description.abstractWith the reference to the works of domestic and international authors, as well as own research the authors have revealed theoretical and psychological principles of the development of professional and psychological training focused on the problem of preserving mental health of police officers of the National Police of Ukraine. It has been emphasized that it is appropriate to use the possibilities of technology of professional and psychological training in the course of professional training to fulfill this purpose because it allows the complex solution of the tasks of forming psychological and legal knowledge, practical skills, experience of emotional and valuable relationships and behavior, provision of psychological security and stability and the ability to resist stress and conflicts. It has been noted that the training may be based on the ideas of humanistic and Gestalt psychology and psychoanalytic concept. As an integral personality forms several hierarchical levels, namely individual properties of the organism (biochemical, physical properties of the nervous system, constitutional features), individual and psychological characteristics (temperament, character, abilities), socio-psychological characteristics (role in the group, in the broad social system, features of communication), then the author’s training consists of three blocks that are organically intertwined with each other: block 1 – work with the body (psychosomatic block), block 2 – work with personality (mental block) and block 3 – work on communication (socio-psychological block). Also the authors have provided recommendations on the development and conduction of professional and psychological training within the units of the National Police of Ukraine. It has been noted that the experience of using this course while police training has demonstrated its effectiveness to form the components of mental health of students and a positive attitude to new learning technologies by the police officers.en
dc.description.abstractРаскрыты теоретико-психологические подходы к разработке профессионально-психологического тренинга, посвящённого проблеме сохранения психологического здоровья полицейских Национальной полиции Украины. Подчёркнуто, что в этих целях целесообразно реализовать в ходе профессиональной подготовки полицейских возможности технологии профессионально-психологического тренинга, поскольку она позволяет комплексно решать задачи формирования психолого-правовых знаний, практических умений, опыта эмоционально-ценностностных отношений и поведения, обеспечения психологической устойчивости и надёжности, способности противостоять стрессам и конфликтам в процессе служебной деятельности. Отмечено, что такой тренинг может базироваться на идеях гуманистической и гештальт-психологии, а также на психоаналитической концепции. Даны рекомендации к разработке и проведению профессионально-психологического тренинга в подразделениях Национальной полиции Украины.ru
