The security and defense sector in the mechanism of implementing the defense function of the state

Abstract

Зазначено, що на сектор безпеки і оборони України покладено завдання, пов’язані з реалізацією оборонної функції держави. Розглянуто проблему відсутності єдиного нормативного документа, який би регулював взаємодію між інституціями сектору безпеки і оборони під час виконання завдань із забезпечення оборони держави.It is noted that the security and defense sector of Ukraine is assigned tasks related to the implementation of the defense function of the state. The problem of the lack of a single regulatory document that would regulate the interaction between institutions of the security and defense sector when performing tasks to ensure the defense of the state is considered.
