Причини латентності насильства в сім’ї

Abstract

У статті розглянуто причини летентності насильства в сімї. Наведено поняття, види, статистику насильства в сім’ї в Україн та світі. Окрему увагу автор приділив проблемі відсутності «нульової терпимості» працівників поліції до проявів насильства у сім’ї. Проаналізовано психологічний стан потерпілої особи, як одного із найбільш вагомих факторів латентності насильства в сім’ї. Виокремлено збройні конфлікти в Україні як важливі загальнодержавні події країни на макрорівні, які неодмінно впливають на взаємовідносини на мікрорівні однієї сім’ї.The article deals with the issue of causes of domestic violence latency. Domestic violence and children abuse statistics in Ukraine and the magnitude of the problem in the world have been analyzed. The author points out that the causes of domestic violence latency should be treated as a combination of factors of social, economic, historical, legal, psychological and other measures that contribute to the domestic violence offenses between members of one family. The reasons for domestic violence latency include: legal ignorance of the conflict; low level of education; culture, based on the patriarchal system construction of marital relations; specific social and cultural behaviors of men and women in society; unwarranted statements that are based on the inferiority or dependence of one sex on the other; historically composed habits to build relationships between sexes. Special attention is drawn to the issue of the absence of “zero tolerance” of police to the issue of violence in the family. There were cases in the activities of law enforcement agencies when they did not react properly on domestic violenceю The psychological condition of the victim as one of the most important factors of domestic violence latency has been deeply analyzed. The term “expectation of a victim” during his/her filing of a domestic offence claim with law enforcement agencies has been proposed. Studies on causes of domestic violence caused in Poland have been addressed. Revolutionary events in Ukraine of 2014, the annexation of the territory, the antiterrorist operation as important national events of the country at macro level, which influence the relationship at macro level of one family, have been researched into.В статье рассмотрены причины латентности насилия в семье. Наведено понятие, виды, статистика насилия в семье в Украине и мире. Отдельное внимание автор уделает проблеме отсутствия нулевой терпимости сотрудников полиции к проявлениям насилия в семье. Выделено вооруженные конфликты в Украине как важные общегосударственные события на макроуровне, которые непременно влияют на взаимоотношения на микроуровне одной семьи.
