Оперативно-розшукова характеристика осіб, які готують та вчиняють шахрайства

Abstract

Досліджено оперативно-розшукову характеристику осіб, що вчиняють та готують шахрайства, наведений перелік посадових осіб, які опосередковано беруть участь у його підготовці та вчиненні. Дано класифікацію шахраїв, проведено аналіз їх здібностей та психологічних властивостей, якими вони володіють та використовують під час спілкування з жертвою. Обґрунтовано важливість врахування цих особливостей під час організації протидії шахрайству.Operative and search characteristic of the persons, which prepare and commit the fraud was researched in this article. The list of officials, which indirectly take part in its preparation and commission, was set. Qualification of swindlers was given; the analysis of their abilities and psychological features, which they own and use while communication with the victim is made. The relevance of its consideration while organization of counteraction to fraud is substantiated in this article. The results of the research are presented in: analysis and comparison works of law scientists representing various areas of law. The field of implementation: operative and search activity, criminalistics and criminology. The practical value of the paper: some statements of the article may be used while writing monographs or educational and methodical manuals. The conclusions: knowledge about operative and search characteristic of the persons, which prepare and commit the fraud, help to decrease circle of persons, among which it is reasonable to search the subjects, which have commit the fraud.Исследована оперативно-розыскная характеристика лиц, которые готовят и совершают мошенничества; приведён список должностных лиц, которые косвенно принимают участие в его подготовке и совершении. Дана классификация мошенников, проведён анализ их способностей и психологических свойств, которыми они владеют и используют во время общения с жертвой. Обоснована важность этих особенностей во время организации противодействия мошенничеству.
