Анотація
Презентовано результати дослідження рефлексивності і особливостей самосприйняття студентів, майбутніх психологів різних курсів навчання. Визначено психологічну сутність понять «рефлексивність» та «рефлексія» в контексті вивчення професійно важливих якостей психолога. Зазначено, що розвиток рефлексивності майбутніх психологів є підґрунтям формування їх професійно важливих якостей. Ступінь її сформованості проявляється в тому, наскільки суб’єкт діяльності у змозі скоординувати та зінтегрувати всі інші свої якості для ефективної реалізації професійної діяльності.
This article presents the study results of reflexivity and self-perception of students, future psychologists of different years of study. Based on the theoretical analysis, the psychological essence of the concepts “reflexivity” and “reflection” in the context of studying the professionally important qualities of a psychologist is determined, the relevance of the problem under study is revealed. A reliable and valid set of psychodiagnostic methods relevant to the purpose of the study is selected. A.V. Karpov and V.V. Ponomarova’s “Method of Reflexivity Diagnosis” is determined as the main method that studies the level of reflexivity, to diagnose the parameters of selfassessment “Self-assessment questionnaire” was used (method of V.V. Stolin, S.R. Pantelieiev), additional data on the dominant values of students-psychologists were obtained using M. Rokych’s method “Value Orientation” modified by O.B. Fantalova. As a result of the research it was determined that the development of future psychologists’ reflexivity was the basis for the formation of their professionally important qualities. The degree of its formation is manifested in the fact how a person is able to coordinate and integrate all other qualities for the effective implementation of professional activities. Empirical research has shown that in general the students-psychologists volunteers are prone to reflection. They are more focused on their own lives and their own experiences, paying attention to the events that happen to them. It is important for them how they are perceived by other people. However, the level of reflexivity among the students of different years of study is different, and the number of students with a low level increases, and with a high level it decreases and goes to the average. It happens due to the influence of social and educational situation, the desire for personal growth and the formation of personal integrity, the acquiring of life and professional experience.
