Analysis of security and defense sector reforms: experience of the USA and European countries

Розглянуто основні напрямки розвитку сектору безпеки і оборони на основі практик країн Європи та США. Зазначено, що зарубіжний досвід розвитку сектору безпеки та оборони свідчить про важливість комплексного підходу, який включає інституційні реформи, технологічні інновації, міжнародну кооперацію та гнучкість у реагуванні на загрози.

The main directions of development of the security and defense sector are considered based on the practices of European countries and the USA. It is noted that foreign experience in the development of the security and defense sector indicates the importance of a comprehensive approach, which includes institutional reforms, technological innovations, international cooperation and flexibility in responding to threats.
