dc.description.abstractРозглянуто питання розроблення порівняно нового напряму – кримінологія війни (воєнна кримінологія в аспекті вироблення стратегій управління армією та політикою держави або військова кримінологія в аспекті вироблення тактик бойових дій, які можуть бути адаптовані до найрізноманітніших обставин і ситуацій). Важливими у цьому аспекті є пріоритет боротьби з корупцією, раціональний розподіл і використання коштів, а також розумна грошова політика в управлінні державою.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe Russian-Ukrainian war has claimed thousands of human lives, changed the geopolitical situation (structure) of the world. The migration component came to the fore: millions of refugees are trying to find shelter in other countries. Thus, the prophecies of the Athos elders that it will be possible to survive only in the village are strengthened. The globalists' warnings about mass famine on the planet Earth are coming true. It is especially alarming in this winter time that critical infrastructure of our country is subjected to massive shelling. There is a widespread shutdown of electricity, water supply and many other derivatives of the basic needs of the population (medical treatment, lack of food, impossibility of employment, shutdown of ATMs, interruptions in the Internet, etc.) The main task of humanity is to prevent nuclear war (as it happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki). After all, we have the bitter experience of Chernobyl, with which the apocalyptic era came. In the mass consciousness, the nuclear accident is associated with the Revelation of John the Theologian [Revelation 8-11] about the prophetic star "wormwood" (another common name is "Chernobyl"). All these issues are now intensively dealt with by criminology from the spiritual and value positions, because we are talking about complex criminogenic states, from which it is necessary to find a way out. It is quite obvious that the need to end the war and achieve the long-awaited peace is a priority. At the same time, it is important to keep the Ukrainian infrastructure intact and undamaged. And this depends on the combat capability of the Ukrainian army, international support, the ability to conduct business negotiations and bring diplomacy to the forefront, when everyone defends the country in their own (own, possible) way. Extremely important for scientific development is a relatively new direction – the criminology of war (military criminology in the aspect of developing strategies for managing the army and state policy or military criminology in the aspect of developing tactics of warfare that can be adapted to a variety of circumstances and situations). In this aspect, the priority of the fight against corruption, rational distribution and use of funds, as well as a reasonable monetary policy in the management of the state are important.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractРассмотрены вопросы разработки сравнительно нового направления – криминология войны (военная криминология в аспекте выработки стратегий управления армией и политикой государства или военная криминология в аспекте выработки тактик боевых действий, которые могут быть адаптированы к самым разным обстоятельствам и ситуациям). Важным в этом аспекте является приоритет борьбы с коррупцией, рациональное распределение и использование средств, а также разумная денежная политика в управлении государством.uk_UA
