Поняття та структура персоналу Державного бюро розслідувань України

Abstract

Досліджено поняття персоналу Державного бюро розслідувань України та його складові. Проаналізовано загальне поняття персоналу та його співвідношення з іншими категоріями – «кадри», «особовий склад». Визначено ознаки та сформульовано поняття персоналу Державного бюро розслідувань України та його структуру. Надано характеристику окремих видів персоналу Державного бюро розслідувань України.Reasoned correlation of the concept of "personnel" with other categories - "cadres", "personnel" in the projection on the staff of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine.The concept of the personnel of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine is defined as the totality of the rank and file of the State Bureau of Investigations, officials and officials of the State Bureau of Investigations and other legally defined employees who are in an organizational and legal relationship, work under employment contracts in the State Bureau of Investigations, and in accordance with their functional purpose, exercise powers aimed at the effective achievement of goals, performance of tasks for the prevention, detection, termination, disclosure and investigation of crimes defined by Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Bureau of Investigation", as well as ensuring such activities by servicing this process.The staff members of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine have been defined as: 1) rank-and-file and senior staff; 2) civil servants of the State Bureau of Investigation (officials and officials); 3) other legally defined employees who work under employment contracts at the State Bureau of Investigation.The characteristics of the staff of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine are noted, in particular, that they are natural persons, are in an organizational and legal relationship and ensure the performance of relevant functions and tasks, work on the basis of an employment contract in one of the institutions or are employees, receive a salary from state budget funds and others.The characteristics of individual types of personnel of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine are given.Исследовано понятие персонала Государственного бюро расследований Украины и его составляющих. Проанализировано общее понятие персонала и его соотношение с другими категориями – «кадры», «личный состав». Определены признаки и сформулировано понятие персонала Государственного бюро расследований Украины и его структуру. Дана характеристика отдельных видов персонала Государственного бюро расследований Украины.
