Анотація
Висвітлено проблемні питання використання засобів освітлення поліцейськими, окреслено сучасний стан проблемного питання та ступінь вивченості проблеми. Сформулювано вимоги до поліцейського ліхтаря з метою його подальшого впровадження в практичні підрозділи поліції, підвищення мобільності та ергономічності при використанні службового ліхтаря, визначено його технічні характеристики та забезпечення особистої безпеки особового складу Національної поліції України при використанні службового ліхтаря в умовах недостатньої освітленості.
The article highlights the problematic issues of the use of lighting equipment by police officers, outlines the current state of the problematic issue and the degree of study of the problem and elaborates the current state of domestic science on this issue, determines the degree of influence of the need to select appropriate lighting equipment on the state of ensuring the personal safety of police officers of Ukraine and the state of their service indicators. published research data that were conducted among various police units and services, outlined and defined criteria and formed requirements that a service lantern for units of the National Police of Ukraine must meet. The diversity of possible methods and forms of activity of the National Police in responding to applications, appeals and reports of citizens, as well as responding to emergency events of all types and forms, require appropriate material and technical support for personnel. In turn, the issue of adapting the activities of the National Police bodies and units to the situation, weather conditions, and the specifics of the service are very acute and undoubtedly determine the type, method and method of service. The use of modern, up-to-date and effective tools and devices by the police is a guarantee of the effectiveness of the tasks, ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and ensuring the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine. Peculiarities of police officers impose appropriate requirements on all means that police officers use in their activities. In domestic science, recommendations are defined, described, substantiated and given for certain cases when police officers need their own, specific and those that take into account the peculiarity of the service and the specifics of the tasks, samples of equipment and equipment, such as, for example, cars, weapons, means of protection, means mobility restrictions, uniform samples, etc. The work substantiates the need for police officers to use their own flashlight to perform tasks in conditions of insufficient lighting, domestic and international experience is worked out, appropriate recommendations are formulated, substantiated and provided.
