dc.description.abstractАвторами проведено дослідження сутності та видів адміністративних процедур в діяльності вищих навчальних закладів як суб'єктів реалізації освітньої функції держави. Проаналізовано норми чинного законодавства України (зокрема, Закону України «Про вищу освіту», деяких рішень Кабінету Міністрів України), які регулюють окремі види адміністративних процедур в сфері вищої освіти. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «адміністративна процедура в діяльності вищих навчальних закладів». За результатами дослідження визначено сутність адміністративних процедур в діяльності вищих навчальних закладів. Адміністративні процедури класифіковані в контексті досліджуваної теми. Особлива увага приділяється виділенню особливостей кожної з встановлених адміністративних процедур в діяльності вищих навчальних закладів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe authors have conducted a study of the essence and types of administrative procedures in the activities of higher education institutions as subjects of the implementation of the educational function of the state. The norms of the current Ukrainian legislation (in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine), which regulate certain types of administrative procedures in the field of higher education, have been analyzed. The author's definition of the concept of “administrative procedure in the activities of higher education institutions” has been proposed. According to the results of the study, the essence of administrative procedures in the activities of higher education institutions has been determined. Administrative procedures have been classified in the context of the subject under study. Particular attention is paid to highlighting the features of each of the established administrative procedures in the activities of higher education institutions.en

Проанализированы нормы действующего законодательства Украины (в частности, Закон Украины «О высшем образовании», некоторые решения Кабинета Министров Украины), которые регулируют отдельные виды административных процедур в сфере высшего образования. Предложено авторское определение понятия «административная процедура в деятельности высших учебных заведений». По результатам исследования определена сущность административных процедур в деятельности высших учебных заведений. Административные процедуры классифицированы в контексте исследуемой темы. Особое внимание уделяется выделению особенностей каждой из установленных административных процедур в деятельности высших учебных заведений.ru
