dc.description.abstractВстановлено місце норм адміністративного права в системі правових засад діяльності територіального управління Державного бюро розслідувань. Окреслено коло нормативно-правових актів, які складають систему правових засад діяльності територіального управління Державного бюро розслідувань. Розкрито зміст положень відповідних актів та визначено місце в них норм адміністративної галузі права.
dc.description.abstractA comprehensive analysis of constitutional provisions, as well as a number of international and legislative acts, which regulate the activities of the State Bureau of Investigation and its territorial offices, was carried out. The conducted analysis made it possible to state that in the system of relevant normative legal acts, an important place is given to sub-legal documents, which for the most part detail the norms of laws regarding the organization of the activities of territorial administrations, the performance of official activities, material support, and social guarantees of the activities of the employees of the DBR. In conclusion, it is worth noting that in the system of legal bases of the activity of the territorial administration of the State Bureau of Investigation, a key place is given to the norms of the administrative field of law, because the effect of the norms of this field of law is aimed at the realization of a single goal, which is to ensure a clear mechanism of the functioning of the relevant subjects in the field of combat with crime, which also has a specific character. In addition, precisely with the help of the norms of the administrative branch of law: first, the general status of the State Bureau of Investigation, as well as their territorial offices, is determined; secondly, the powers of the heads of territorial departments of the SBI are fixed; thirdly, the forms and methods of management activities are defined, as well as the tools and means used by their leaders in order to ensure discipline and legality in them.

Обозначен круг нормативно-правовых актов, составляющих систему правовых основ деятельности территориального управления Государственного бюро расследований. Раскрыто содержание положений соответствующих актов и определено место в них норм административной отрасли права.
