Анотація
Досліджено питання участі об’єднань громадян у забезпеченні економічної безпеки держави. Визначено місце і роль об’єднань громадян у системі забезпечення економічної безпеки. Проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють діяльність об’єднань громадян у цій сфері, а також окреслено напрями розвитку та
удосконалення адміністративно-правового регулювання їх участі у забезпеченні
економічної безпеки держави.
The article investigates the place and role of citizens' associations in the general system of subjects of economic security of the state. Also developed solid conclusions and proposals on the topic of the article. Background is that at present all the more important in improving economic security of the state acquires the activities of non-state actors, including -ob'yednan citizens. It is becoming more obvious by the fact that solving the problem of economic security can not only be the prerogative of public authorities. Undoubtedly, the mechanism of economic security main role belongs to the state (and the bulk of direct business performs executive, within which are created and public security bodies). However, the issue of economic security of Ukraine is one of the most important national priorities and demands increased attention not only representatives of power structures, but also social and political movements, scientists and the general public. The purpose of this article is to study the participation of associations in ensuring economic security. The goal leads to solving such basic tasks as defining the place and role of associations in the system of economic security, analysis of regulations governing the activities of associations in this area, and outline the areas of development and improvement of administrative regulation of their participation in ensuring economic security. The conclusions are that the formation of the modern system of economic security should be based on an organic combination of state and private components. Today it is obvious the fact that economic security can not be effective without the active participation of the civil society and, in particular, such as associations, political parties and trade unions.
Исследованы вопросы участия объединений граждан в обеспечении экономической безопасности государства. Определены место и роль объединений граждан в системе обеспечения экономической безопасности. Проанализированы нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие деятельность объединений граждан в этой сфере, а также определены направления развития и усовершенствование административно-правового регулирования их участия в обеспечении экономической безопасности страны.
